“Mentoring and support from expert colleagues forms a key element of this multi-year entitlement”
(ITT Core Content Framework).
With the implementation of the Early Career Framework approaching and its emphasis on high quality mentoring, the spotlight has once again fallen on mentors.
Mentors in each of our partnership schools are a key part of our success. All our mentors receive free mentoring and coaching training throughout the year including access to accredited courses by the National Association of School-Based Teacher Trainers (NASBTT). Alison Brady, Jackie Iddon, Adele Fozard and Karen Shotten are all NASBTT licence holders and trained facilitators to deliver the courses which are quality assured by NASBTT. Participants who successfully complete the programme gain an accreditation through NASBTT.
